The hotel's location was awesome, just a stone's throw away from the airport. it was conveniently situated next to restaurants overlooking the lake, bars, and a convenient store. the dining options were affordable and diverse.

The service was thoroughly unprofessional and virtually non-existent. They did not bother to clean the room. The restaurant was closed because staff had gone on holiday. They were unaware of the terms and conditions of booking and did not remember to offer breakfast. The private balcony was nothing more than a passage used by all. Overall it was a pretty poor experience and had it not been for the location (Lakeside) and the scenic beauty, I would have considered this trip as a complete waste.

The hotel is located in a great area with good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Pokhara Lakeside. - the bed was very comfy. - the room was spacious with a balcony and 2 windows.

The location near Fewa Lake is excellent, close to good restaurants, shopping, and Poon Hill.
